I’m the founder of Sacred Beginning. I had a deeply personal and transformative journey that led to the creation of this unique hypnosis business. After experiencing the profound loss of a miscarriage, I was recommended the book "Spirit Babies: How to Communicate with the Child You're Meant to Have" by Walter Makichen. This pivotal moment inspired me to attempt a meditation session with the intent of connecting with my spirit baby and exploring any past life connections we might have shared. The meditation resulted in a powerful and emotional past life experience, marking a new sacred beginning that completely transformed my worldview.

This life-altering experience ignited a passionate interest in past life regression, prompting me to pursue certification as a hypnotist specializing in various healing and exploration modalities, including inner child healing, shadow integration, timeless soul exploration, spirit guide connection, higher self alignment, spirit baby connection, and the space between lives.

Before embarking on this spiritual and healing path, I spent 15 years working as a nanny, received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and then spent 7 years working as a graphic designer. These roles nurtured a deep understanding of creativity, empathy, and the human experience, which seamlessly integrate with my work in hypnosis and past life regression. My Bachelor’s degree in Psychology laid a foundation for my practice by providing me with an understanding of the human mind and behavior. The nurturing and empathetic qualities that I developed while working as a nanny provides a compassionate, supportive and client-centered approach to my hypnosis practice. Similarly, the skills I developed in graphic design, such as visualization and attention to detail, enhance my ability to guide clients through vivid, transformative experiences.

Experiencing and facilitating past life regression sessions have brought immense clarity and healing to my life. I find that even while guiding others, I can share in on the healings and insights that my clients receive, further enriching my own spiritual journey. My true love and passion lie in helping others recognize and harness their inherent power to heal and transform themselves. Through Sacred Beginning, I am dedicated to guiding clients on their paths to self-discovery and spiritual transformation, fostering a deeper connection to their inner wisdom and potential for healing.
