Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, which may help you uncover experiences that you were unable able to access in traditional talk therapy. Your subconscious is like a vast library that stores everything that you have ever experienced in this life and as a soul over many lifetimes.

The number of sessions someone might need varies greatly depending on individual goals, experiences, responsiveness to the process and integration.
Clients who are more open and receptive to the process might achieve their desired outcomes in fewer sessions. Those needing more time to build trust and feel comfortable with the process may benefit from additional sessions.
Some clients find significant insights, breakthroughs or resolution after just one session. However, if a client is addressing complex or multiple issues, such as chronic phobias, relationship problems, or deep emotional traumas, they might require more sessions or a different type of session to fully explore and resolve these issues.
Some clients prefer ongoing sessions as part of their personal growth and spiritual journey, scheduling sessions periodically based on their needs and progress.
The integration of insights gained during sessions is crucial. Some clients may need follow-up sessions to help process and apply these insights effectively in their current lives.

Yes, you will remember your session, much like you remember a conversation with someone. You might forget some small details, but the key insights and experiences will stay with you. Additionally, sessions are recorded so that you can resist and reflect on them anytime.

No, hypnosis is NOT mind control.
You cannot be tricked into doing something you don't want to do during hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, but it does not override a person's free will, values, ethical beliefs or moral compass.
Even in a deeply relaxed and focused state, clients remain aware of their surroundings and can choose to reject any suggestions that make them uncomfortable or that they do not agree with.
The subconscious mind has a self-protective mechanisms that prevent individuals from accepting suggestions that conflict with their core beliefs or best interests.

It’s completely normal for some people not to see or experience anything during their first session.
Each person’s experience is unique, and it can take time to become comfortable with the process.
If this happens, don’t worry.
Sometimes, the information is subtle or comes through in feelings, impressions, knowings, or sensations in your body rather than clear images.

It’s natural to feel like you are making things up in a session. Our culture often prioritizes rationality, logic, and evidence as the primary ways of understanding the world. As a result, intuition and phenomena that cannot be easily explained or scientifically validated are sometimes dismissed or classified as fake.
Just remember, you will FEEL a difference in your body and emotions when it is your imagination vs. intuition.

Before our scheduled Zoom session, you will answer a questionnaire and provide me with your specific goals and intentions.
I will then carefully craft a session for your unique needs.
Once our Zoom session starts, you will get relaxed and I will guide you through a guided meditation that lasts about 20-25 minutes.
Once you are deeply relaxed, I’ll ask open ended questions geared towards establishing the scenes and details of your past life.
During this time you will be consciously aware of your current life surroundings and what you are experiencing in your subconscious mind in the past.
You’ll just be reporting anything that you see, feel, sense, imagine, and know.
During the hypnosis session you are not trying to figure out WHY you are experiencing these things.
We will discuss the “why’s” later towards the end of the hypnosis session and after the session.
If you experience any past life residues or negative/stuck/heavy energy that have accumulated in your body, mind or spirit, I’ll help you move through it with different techniques.
While you're still deeply relaxed, I’ll ask more open ended questions to help you connect the dots between what you experienced and how that affects your current life.
This will help you to integrate your specific goals for the session.
Then I’ll slowly and gently bring you out of that deep relaxation.
After that, we’ll discuss your journey for a few minutes.

Although I specifically tailor the hypnosis session based on your unique needs and goals, your desired results are not guaranteed.
These sessions are a dance of spiritual work, intuition, and integration. It requires you to come to the session with an open mind. You may not initially understand how every puzzle piece fits together. Often times, clients will continue recieve insights and messages in the days or weeks to come.
