I’m the founder of Sacred Beginning, and my journey into hypnosis started with a deeply personal experience. After a miscarriage, I was guided to the book Spirit Babies by Walter Makichen, which led me to meditate in hopes of connecting with my spirit baby. That meditation unlocked a powerful past life experience—marking a sacred beginning that completely changed my worldview.

This ignited my passion for past life regression, leading me to become a certified hypnotist specializing in deep healing and soul exploration—inner child work, shadow integration, spirit guide connection, spirit baby communication, and more.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent 15 years as a nanny, earned a Psychology degree, and worked in graphic design. These experiences shaped my compassionate, creative, and intuitive approach to hypnosis.

Facilitating past life regressions and healing sessions has transformed my life. Every session is a journey of healing, wisdom, and deeper self-connection for my clients. My passion is helping others rediscover their power, break generational cycles, and step into their highest selves.
